A. RESISTANCE TRAINING CLASSES AT MOVE
These classes are resistance/ weight training focused aimed at toning and sculpting your body. Correct form and alignment of the exercises is prioritized at all times. All the exercises are modified for varying fitness levels.
The small group setting creates an amazing atmosphere with everyone having a positive mindset to do a good workout and have fun at the same time! This helps you push harder and motivates you to remain consistent.
MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP FEES:
These monthly packages are designed for those who want to do training consistently, getting stronger and leaner and making it a part of their weekly routine. The monthly fee structure makes training affordable and is the recommended option – The goal at Move is to create a healthier lifestyle that you can stick to, incorporating a balanced training program and nutritional guidance.
WHATS INCLUDED:
- 2 or 4 Resistance training sessions per week – through Monday to Thursday.
- Balanced Training programmes focusing on all fitness components, including a warm-up and cool down.
- Assistance with nutrition at a small additional fee if required .
- Monthly Body analysis i.e. body circumferences (If this forms part of your goal).
- An affordable monthly rate which decreases the longer you train at Move.
- Becoming part of a positive, healthy and friendly community, meeting like-minded people with similar health and fitness goals.
- If you join with a friend/ partner, you both get a discount.

B. PRIVATE/ ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING
- One-on-one training is recommended for those with specific goals like improving body alignment, focusing on a specific injury or for those who prefer to train separately. Individual training programs will be created according to your very specific needs.
- Option to do a few private sessions before joining a class or to create a weekly routine of your own continuing with private sessions.

C. DROP-IN CLASS RATES
- Created for those who wish to do a limited number of group sessions. Join a group session of your choice at Move whether it be Pilates or Resistance Training depending on your routine or agenda for your time in Wilderness. Cost per session is higher than lifestyle packages.
