Move is a Boutique Fitness Centre situated in the centre of Wilderness in the Garden Route.

We specialise in Resistance Training/ Weight Training Classes in combination with Nutritional Plans and Goal Setting for members. We keep our classes very small to give you personalised attention making sure you are training perfectly at all times.

We incorporate all the fitness components into your training program offering a balanced approach to your exercise routine and aim to create a structured lifestyle routine of exercise and nutrition that you can stick to and enjoy consistently.

In addition to Resistance Training, we offer Pilates Mat Classes.

We help you strengthen, tone and stretch your body.

I opened Move in Wilderness due to my love for health and fitness and my drive to help others find their happy place in the gym. I have been passionate about the importance of healthy food and moving my body my entire life. I love exercise and assisting others in creating a healthy lifestyle by making it fun, and keeping their exercise programme interesting and challenging.

Classes are kept small and a highly personal approach is taken to each member and their unique health and fitness goals.

We will spice up your exercise routine and incorporate new exercises and training techniques to keep things interesting, challenging and keep your progress on track.

We were on a 4 week trip to Wilderness/Sedgefield and found MOVE via local press. Genevieve replied quickly and explained her business, inviting Dave and I to try a Pilates session. We are reasonably fit and experienced but hearing and seeing Genevieve in action was something to behold! The pilates class was superb but then we discovered the resistance training offered by Genevieve. It was almost like starting over. Her anatomical knowledge is superb. Her explanations were clear and concise and her understanding of our needs was evident. We had four 2 to 1 sessions and learned so much. Our technique has improved and also our understanding of correct form. We videoed the last session to take away before we return in the summer. Thank you Gen, brilliant!!

I recently visited this gym and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional experience it provided.
